Luncheon: Boxed lunch with your choice of sandwich from Edibles Catering (Turkey, roast beef, roasted eggplant, or avocado/cream cheese/sprouts). Includes fresh fruit, homemade potato salad, cookie, and a drink. All sandwiches served on homemade rolls with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and cheese. Mustard, mayonaise, and onions on the side.
