Northern Study Group Meetings

Optional Luncheon (12-1pm):
Lunch will be served at noon and provided by The Box Lunch Company. Sandwiches and wraps include kettle chips and dessert. Salads include side of pesto penne and dessert.

• Arrosto Beef Rafano Sandwich - roast beef with Monterey jack cheese, caramelized onions, and spicy roumalade
• Mesquite Turkey Sandwich - mesquite turkey with applewood smoked bacon, sharp cheddar, basil aioli, sweet red onion, romaine, and tomatoes
• Valentino Sandwich - mild coppa, prosciutto, provolone, garlic and pesto spread, and peppers
• Seasonal Veggie Sandwich (VEGAN)- oven roasted eggplant, portobello mushroom, and red pepper, arugula, and sun-dried tomato spread on herb focaccia
• Thai Chicken Wrap - jasmine rice with peanut sauce, crispy vegetable, marinated chicken in a chipotle tortilla
• Kale and Quinoa Salad (VEGAN) - kale, romaine, grape tomatoes, white quinoa, garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seed dressing
• Southwest Fiesta Chicken Salad - chicken, romaine, jicama, tomato, cucumber, sauteed red and green peppers with yellow onion, roasted corn, diced jalapeno, black beans, cheddar cheese, and southwest dressing

Meal Cost:
$13 (CAC members) and $15 (non-members)

Even if you are not purchasing a lunch, you MUST REGISTER if you plan on attending the lunch and/or study group meeting(s) to ensure yourself of a seat!
