Luncheon Speaker: David Van Norman, Deputy Coroner Investigator -SBSD Mr. Van Norman’s current assignment is unidentified persons, and he works primarily skeletal scatter and buried body cases, decomposed cases, aircraft accidents, mass fatality incidents, etc. He also assists the Sheriff Department’s missing person effort by assisting with the acquisition of missing person’s identifier records, including direct and reference DNA samples.
