  1. French Connection - Smoked Turkey, Bacon, Gruyere Cheese, Onion, Mayo and Dijon, on soft French roll.
  2. Hank's Favorite - Tuna, Bacon, Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato, on baguette.
  3. Love That Basil (Vegetarian) - spring mix, tomato, avocado, provolone, basil sauce, on Dr. Snyder bread.
  4. Egg Salad - on seven-grain bread.
  5. California Sub - turkey, roast beef, ham, provolone, cheddar, on ciabatta.
  6. Italian Sub - salami, mortadella, ham, provolone, Italian dressing, on ciabatta.

Luncheon Speaker/Topic:
Professor Dan Simon: "The Susceptibility of Forensic Examination to the Prospect of Cognitive Error."
Professor Simon is the Richard L. and Maria B. Crutcher Professor of Law and Psychology at the Gould School of Law and has a secondary appointment at the Department of Psychology, both at the University of Southern California. He specializes in the field of Law Psychology, and has published widely in both legal and experimental psychological journals.
